What you mean by this team " BRAIN DRAIN" it means that when a good qualified and trained people leave Country and goes to other country to settle or to work permanently , do you think that it's correct? People thinks that in India there is lack of opportunities the educated people found it very difficult to climb the peak, Why people who are highly qualified and train prefer to work outside India rather working in their own Country. Brain drain has become major problem for all the country because the gems of the country are shifting to other country.

So if it happens like that India would be losing the talented people. So we can say that it's a wakeup call for India, the team which was emerged in 1960s when the skilled workforce started emigrating from the poor countries to the rich countries in search of better job opportunities and living conditions became a hot topic of discussion over the years. Same way today the population is migrating towards other country in search of good opportunities. Medical students going abroad for higher studies and after completing their studies they prefer working and looking forward to start their career over there only.

This is just one example there are many more such cases prevailing in the Country. Now, the major topic of decision is why people of India preferring or rendering their skills and services outside IndiaIn India there are ample of jobs but still the people get jobs, strange but the main problem among the people that they are so much attracted towards the outer world that they don't want to work in their own country that's the reason people of India go outside to work. Earlier people taught was narrow but as the world is moving rapidly all the students thinking are going up and they want to shift their mind towards the foreign country.

The most important factor must be salary that the people think that they would be getting outside India rather than in India but living in their own country and doing something for the country gives an extra-ordinary proud.
